Changes - Raku Mask Sculpture, Original Mask Art, Art to Wear

Something has come over her - and it happened in the blink of an eye. Just goes to show that we may never know exactly when or why our outlooks (or lookouts) may change...

This small ceramic piece was sculpted with stoneware clay and fired multiple times with engobes, stains, pencils, glazes, china paints and gold lustre. I finished the sculpture with a final smoky raku firing and it is ready to wear as a pendant or to display. She measures 2 3/4" high by 2 1/8" wide (70mm x 54mm).
